Pallets are automatically stacked up to 15 high or released individually from a loaded stack, with all interaction occurring at ground level. With a lifting capacity of 700kg, it handles standard Australian CHEP and Loscam pallets confidently and reliably.

Two Automatic Modes for Controlled Workflow

The system operates in two simple configurations:

• Stacking Mode – Individual pallets are fed into the unit and automatically stacked vertically, reducing floor clutter and improving organisation.

• Destacking Mode – A full stack is loaded, and pallets are released one at a time as required, ensuring smooth pallet supply during production or dispatch operations.

Switching between modes is handled via the touch interface, but day-to-day operation runs automatically once configured. The fully electric system operates on standard 220–240V power, keeping integration straightforward.

Built for Demanding Industrial Environments

Engineered for high-use facilities, the unit operates at approximately 70 dBa, making it suitable for busy operational areas without excessive noise impact.

It can also be configured for cool-room environments down to -25°C, making it suitable for temperature-controlled facilities. A stainless steel version is available for food-grade or washdown applications.

With a compact footprint relative to the vertical storage it provides, the dispenser helps free up valuable floor space that would otherwise be consumed by loose pallet stacks.
