Efficient pallet flow - no manual lifting of pallets

The Automatic Pallet Dispenser automatically stacks and destacks pallets one at a time using integrated photo sensors. Pallets are inserted and removed using a pallet truck or forklift, with all handling carried out safely at floor level.

In stacking mode, pallets are fed into the unit individually and automatically stacked up to 15 high. In destacking mode, a stack of up to 15 pallets is loaded and released one by one as needed. The full stack can then be removed when required.

The unit operates automatically during normal use. Manual input via the touch panel is only required when switching between stacking and destacking modes.

Eliminate Manual Pallet Handling and Take Control of Pallet Flow With the Verdex Automatic Pallet Dispenser

In busy warehouses, pallet handling is constant and often manual. Lifting, restacking, and repositioning empty pallets creates bottlenecks, safety risks, and unnecessary labour costs.

The Automatic Pallet Dispenser automates pallet stacking and destacking at floor level, allowing forklifts or pallet trucks to insert and retrieve pallets safely without manual lifting. Using integrated photo sensors, the unit controls pallet movement one at a time, delivering consistent, controlled flow.

The result is safer operations, cleaner pallet storage, and improved efficiency across your facility.

Designed to Remove Injury Risk from Daily Operations

Manual pallet handling is a common source of back strain, crushed fingers, and foot injuries. This unit removes that exposure entirely.

Pallets are automatically stacked up to 15 high or released individually from a loaded stack, with all interaction occurring at ground level. With a lifting capacity of 700kg, it handles standard Australian CHEP and Loscam pallets confidently and reliably.

By eliminating repetitive lifting, workplaces reduce injury risk while improving morale and compliance with WHS obligations.

Two Automatic Modes for Controlled Workflow

The system operates in two simple configurations:

  • Stacking Mode – Individual pallets are fed into the unit and automatically stacked vertically, reducing floor clutter and improving organisation.

  • Destacking Mode – A full stack is loaded, and pallets are released one at a time as required, ensuring smooth pallet supply during production or dispatch operations.

Switching between modes is handled via the touch interface, but day-to-day operation runs automatically once configured. The fully electric system operates on standard 220–240V power, keeping integration straightforward.

Built for Demanding Industrial Environments

Engineered for high-use facilities, the unit operates at approximately 70 dBa, making it suitable for busy operational areas without excessive noise impact.

It can also be configured for cool-room environments down to -25°C, making it suitable for temperature-controlled facilities. A stainless steel version is available for food-grade or washdown applications.

With a compact footprint relative to the vertical storage it provides, the dispenser helps free up valuable floor space that would otherwise be consumed by loose pallet stacks.

Where the Automatic Pallet Dispenser Adds the Most Value

This solution is particularly effective in environments where pallet turnover is frequent and labour efficiency matters:

  • Distribution centres managing high outbound volumes

  • Food and beverage manufacturing facilities

  • Cold storage and temperature-controlled warehouses

  • FMCG production sites

  • Retail distribution hubs

  • Recycling and pallet recovery operations

  • Automated or semi-automated logistics facilities

Anywhere pallets are manually stacked and unstacked multiple times per shift, the return on investment becomes measurable.

Improve Efficiency Without Expanding Your Workforce

Loose pallet stacks slow operations and create clutter. Manual stacking consumes time and increases fatigue.

The Automatic Pallet Dispenser creates structured pallet management and storage, improves workflow predictability, and reduces downtime caused by disorganised pallet handling.

If your facility handles pallets daily, this system provides a safer, cleaner, and more efficient way to manage them.
