Deliveries to a Non-Business Address

Hand or Tailgate Deliveries
Any shipment that weighs over 25kg will need to be unloaded by a forklift or fork stacker. If there is no forklift available extra charges may apply for hand or tailgate unloads. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if this is required.

Deliveries During Non-Business Hours
Extra charges will apply for deliveries on a weekend, public holiday or outside usual business hours. Please contact us to obtain a freight estimate if this is required.

Redelivery Fee
Most carriers will charge a redelivery fee if there was no one on site when they first attempted to deliver the goods. Any charges of this nature will be passed onto the customer.

Delivery of Goods to an Unattended Address
If you have instructed us to leave your order at an unattended address, we or the carrier will not be held responsible if the goods go missing.

Equipped with an integrated electronic weighing scale, the machine utilises four gravity sensors located at each corner of the turntable. This ensures highly accurate load measurements, with precision up to ±0.05 kilograms. The digital display shows real-time weight data, and a built-in printer provides scale records for quality control.

This machine offers six operating modes: five fully automatic and one manual, giving you the flexibility to tailor the wrapping process to your specific needs. Variable turntable and film carriage speeds allow for optimal wrapping tension and speed adjustments, depending on the load size and type.

For convenience and safety, the wrapping process includes slow start and stop functions controlled by an inverter, which extends equipment life and reduces mechanical stress. The machine automatically detects pallet height to apply consistent film coverage every time. Additionally, it provides front and rear forklift access to easily move and position pallets.

The shrink wrap settings are fully configurable, allowing you to set wrap levels at the top, middle, and bottom of your pallets. You can save up to five memory settings for quick repeat use. Fully-Auto Stretch Wrapping Machine Specifications

The machine operates on a power supply of 220 volts at 50 hertz, with a total power rating of 1.2 kilowatts for the pre-stretch film carriage. It features three motors: a lift motor and a pre-stretch motor, each rated at 0.25 kilowatts, and a turntable motor rated at 0.75 kilowatts. The turntable rotates at variable speeds ranging from 0 to 10 revolutions per minute and has a diameter of 1500 millimetres.

It supports packages weighing between 50 and 1500 kilograms, with a maximum package height of 2100 millimetres. The machine accepts film rolls with a maximum diameter of 250 millimetres and an inner film core diameter of 76 millimetres. A compressed air supply at 0.6 megapascals is required for operation.
