Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
You can change or update your order after placing it. Please let our team know the changes required and your order reference.
Is there an order confirmation sent after placing an order
Once your order has been been processed online or over the phone you will receive an email confirming the details of your order including the delivery address and products purchased.
Can I ship to multiple addresses in one order?
If you require your order to be shipped to multiple addresses, please contact our customer service team to arrange this including any necessary freight calculations. Alternatively, you can process separate orders for each delivery address online.
Do you offer drop ship options?
No we do not offer drop ship options however you can make a special request for your delivery to be sent with plain paperwork

The stock availability is noted on the product page. If it is not in stock after placing your order we will advise you and let you know a leadtime. Items that are not in stock are still available for backorder.

There are no credit card fees or surcharges. The only additional costs is delivery/pickup fees which is all calculated before completion of your order. Please note that we only credit back to a bank account.
