Heavy Duty Rubber Wheel Chocks for Reliable Vehicle Restraint

Uncontrolled vehicle movement during parking, loading, or maintenance poses a serious safety risk across industrial and commercial worksites. The Heavy Duty Rubber Wheel Chocks range is designed to address this issue by providing a simple, dependable way to restrain vehicles and equipment when they are stationary. Manufactured from recycled rubber, these wheel chocks deliver strong grip, durability, and stability in demanding environments.

This range includes two size options to suit different vehicle types and site requirements, making it easier to select the correct level of restraint for each application.

Solving Common Vehicle Safety Challenges on Site

Vehicles that are not properly restrained can roll unexpectedly, increasing the risk of injury, equipment damage, and costly incidents. Heavy duty rubber wheel chocks are placed firmly against vehicle wheels to create a physical barrier that helps prevent movement during maintenance, loading, unloading, or temporary parking.

The weight and shape of the chocks help them stay in position under pressure, while the rubber construction provides grip against tyres and ground surfaces. Supplied as a set of two, they allow both sides of a wheel or axle to be secured for improved stability.

Suitable Applications Across Industrial and Transport Environments

Heavy Duty Rubber Wheel Chocks are widely used in environments where vehicle restraint is critical:

  • Construction sites – Helps secure trucks and equipment on uneven ground

  • Warehouses – Used at loading docks during vehicle loading and unloading

  • Transport yards – Supports safe parking of trucks and trailers

  • Industrial facilities – Restrains vehicles during servicing and inspections

  • Workshops – Improves safety during maintenance and repairs

  • Mining and resources – Suitable for heavy vehicles in harsh conditions

  • Ports and logistics hubs – Secures vehicles during cargo handling

  • Agricultural operations – Used with machinery and transport vehicles

This versatility makes the range suitable for both temporary and regular use.

Two Size Options to Suit Different Vehicles

The range includes two products to match different vehicle sizes and weight requirements:

  • Rubber Wheel Chock – 285mm (V7858)Overall size 285x250x180mm with a unit weight of 6.5kg, suitable for smaller trucks, trailers, and light industrial vehicles.

  • Rubber Wheel Chock – 355mm (V7859): Overall size 355x290x260mm with a unit weight of 11kg, providing increased mass and contact area for larger trucks and heavy equipment.

Both options are manufactured from recycled rubber, supporting durability and environmental responsibility.

Durable Construction for Demanding Conditions

Recycled rubber construction helps the wheel chocks resist cracking, warping, and wear under regular use. This makes them suitable for outdoor environments, high-traffic areas, and worksites exposed to varying weather conditions.
