Frequently Asked Questions

1. Is the Traffic Cone Extension Bar suitable for temporary access control?

Yes, the Traffic Cone Extension Bar suits workplaces that need to create a clearer temporary barrier between traffic cones. It is useful in warehouses, car parks, loading zones, construction areas, maintenance sites and industrial facilities where pedestrian or vehicle movement needs to be guided.

2. When should the Traffic Cone Extension Bar be used?

The Traffic Cone Extension Bar should be used when cones need to form a more defined barrier than cones placed on their own. It supports temporary control around restricted areas, maintenance work, vehicle routes, pedestrian paths, loading zones and changing site hazards.

3. Is the Traffic Cone Extension Bar a replacement for fixed barriers?

No, the Traffic Cone Extension Bar is best used for temporary visual separation and light-duty access control. Higher-risk areas may still require fixed barriers, bollards, barricades, signage or other site controls depending on the hazard and workplace procedures.

4. Where can the Traffic Cone Extension Bar be used?

The Traffic Cone Extension Bar can be used in indoor and outdoor areas where temporary separation is required. It suits warehouses, factories, car parks, loading docks, construction zones, maintenance areas and general industrial workplaces.

5. What should be considered before using the Traffic Cone Extension Bar?

Before using the Traffic Cone Extension Bar, confirm the cone type, work area layout and site conditions suit the intended setup. Teams should consider visibility, pedestrian flow, vehicle movement, wind exposure, spacing and whether additional signage or barriers are required.

Traffic Cone Extension Bar for Temporary Barrier Setups

Temporary work zones can become unclear when cones are placed separately without a defined boundary between them. The Traffic Cone Extension Bar provides a practical traffic cone barrier solution for linking cones, improving area separation and supporting clearer site control across busy workplaces.

Extension Bar Layout Improves Cone Barrier Control

The extension bar helps turn individual cones into a more structured barrier system. This supports cleaner task sequencing because workers, visitors and drivers can more easily identify controlled areas, restricted zones or temporary movement paths.

Compared with using cones alone, the Traffic Cone Extension Bar creates stronger visual separation for temporary layouts. It is useful where work areas change throughout the day and teams need a fast way to define access points, walkways or no-go zones.

Useful Across Warehouses, Car Parks and Maintenance Areas

In warehouses and loading zones, the extension bar can help separate pedestrian paths, vehicle routes, restricted sections or temporary stock movement areas. In car parks, construction areas and maintenance sites, it supports clearer boundaries between workers, pedestrians, vehicles and active work zones.

A Practical Addition to Traffic Control Supplies

Traffic cone extension bars are easy to deploy when temporary site layouts need to be adjusted. They work with compatible cones to create a more visible barrier than cones alone, helping improve workplace communication and movement control.

The Traffic Cone Extension Bar suits workplaces that need flexible separation for changing hazards, traffic control and temporary access restrictions. It helps improve site organisation where pedestrian flow, vehicle activity and visual control all matter.
