The IBC Bunded Pallet Cover is an essential solution for safeguarding intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) and their contents from environmental hazards and spills. Constructed from premium, heavy-duty materials, this cover offers exceptional durability and resistance to chemicals, weather conditions, and UV rays, making it suitable for various industrial and outdoor applications. Designed with practicality in mind, the cover features a secure, fitted design that wraps snugly around the IBC, ensuring comprehensive protection against leaks and contamination. Its robust, waterproof material prevents any spillage, helping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

The IBC Bunded Pallet Cover is equipped with reinforced seams and adjustable straps for easy installation and a tight, secure fit. It also includes convenient access points for quick checks and maintenance without removing the entire cover. Ideal for industries handling hazardous or sensitive materials, this cover is crucial for meeting environmental regulations and enhancing workplace safety while prolonging the lifespan of your equipment.

IBC Bunded Pallet Covers: Heavy-Duty Protection for Your IBC Storage

Industrial Bulk Containers (IBCs) are generally used for storing large quantities of liquids, chemicals, and other materials on construction sites, warehouses, and industrial facilities. However, in order to maintain compliance and protect your stored materials from contamination or environmental factors, it’s critical to ensure your IBCs are properly covered and protected.

This is where IBC Bunded Pallet Covers come in, offering a practical and durable solution for protecting your IBCs while maintaining easy access for your team.

Made from heavy-duty UV stabilised PVC, these covers are particularly designed to endure the harsh outdoor conditions that are often existing in Australian worksites. Whether you’re in construction, mining, agriculture, or logistics, the IBC Bunded Pallet Covers provide a strong and reliable barrier against dust, dirt, rain, UV exposure, and more.

Built for Durability and Weather Resistance

The IBC Bunded Pallet Covers are made from high-quality UV stabilised PVC, ensuring that they can endure even the harshest of Australian weather conditions. UV-treated materials help to prevent degradation from sun exposure, guaranteeing that the covers last for years without weakening or fading. The heavy-duty PVC material is not only resistant to UV rays but also ensures protection against tearing, wear, and abrasion. This makes them perfect for rugged industrial environments where constant exposure to elements occurs.

The camlock buckles included with these covers ensure that the cover is securely fastened to the bunded pallet, stopping it from being blown away or displaced by strong winds. The easy-to-use buckles allow for quick access to the contents of the pallet when necessary, ensuring that you can maintain your operational flow without hassle.

Versatile and Easy to Use

Another key feature of the IBC Bunded Pallet Covers is how easy they are to assemble. With a simple setup, these covers are quick to deploy, saving your team time on installation and guaranteeing your IBCs are protected without any delays. The covers feature a galvanised RHS frame, offering strong structural support to the cover, which adds to its durability and long-lasting performance. The galvanised frame resists rust and corrosion, making it a great choice for environments where moisture and chemicals are common.

Two Sizes to Suit Your Needs

Available in two different sizes, the IBC Bunded Pallet Covers cater to both single and double IBC bunded pallets, providing flexibility for different storage needs. The sizes are:

  • IBC Bunded Pallet Cover – Single
    • Dimensions: 1700 x 1300 x 1640mm
  • IBC Bunded Pallet Cover – Double
    • Dimensions: 2500 x 1300 x 1640mm

Whether you’re storing one IBC or multiple, these covers ensure that you have the right size to provide complete protection for the contents.

Compliance and Safety Benefits

When it comes to compliance with environmental regulations, having a bunded pallet cover is crucial for safely storing hazardous liquids, chemicals, or oils. These covers help to contain spills, minimising the risk of contamination, environmental damage, or workplace accidents. By providing a secure, weather-resistant barrier around your IBCs, these covers ensure that your storage area stays compliant with safety standards and that your materials are kept safe from the elements.
