PVC Gloves are your go-to solution for reliable hand protection in a wide range of industrial and commercial settings. Crafted from high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC), these gloves offer excellent resistance to chemicals, oils, and abrasions, making them ideal for tasks involving hazardous materials, cleaning, or handling slippery objects. Designed for durability and comfort, PVC Gloves provide a secure grip even in wet or greasy conditions, ensuring that you can work with confidence and precision.

The gloves are fully coated to provide a barrier against liquids, preventing any seepage and keeping your hands dry and protected. Their flexible design allows for ease of movement, reducing hand fatigue during prolonged use. The interior of the gloves is lined for added comfort, reducing friction and making them easy to wear for extended periods. Available in various sizes, they ensure a snug fit for different hand shapes, offering optimal dexterity without compromising on safety. Whether you're working in a chemical plant, food processing facility, or simply tackling tough cleaning jobs, PVC Gloves are a dependable choice for keeping your hands safe and protected.

PVC Gloves: A Durable and Versatile Solution for Tough Jobs

In industrial and commercial environments, protecting your hands from hazardous substances and harsh chemicals is essential. Whether you’re working with oils, grease, or other challenging materials, having the right gloves can make all the difference in ensuring your safety and comfort. PVC Gloves are a popular choice for a wide range of applications, thanks to their impressive durability and resistance to oils and grease.

In this blog, we’ll dive into the benefits of PVC gloves, how they can improve workplace safety, and why they should be an important part of your safety equipment.

What Are PVC Gloves?

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) gloves are made from a synthetic material that offers excellent resistance to a variety of substances, including oils, grease, chemicals, and solvents. This makes them an ideal choice for industries that require frequent handling of substances that could cause skin irritation or injury. PVC gloves are made to provide a barrier between your skin and hazardous materials, helping to minimise the risk of exposure to harmful substances while ensuring you can perform your tasks successfully.

These gloves are available in different sizes and lengths, with the V9595 model having a 27cm length, and the V9596 model offering a longer 45cm length for additional protection up the forearm. Both models are made to fit a wide range of hand sizes, with the "One Size Fits All" feature guaranteeing versatility in most workplaces.

Why Choose PVC Gloves?

1. Excellent Resistance to Oil and Grease

One of the key reasons PVC gloves are preferred in many industrial sectors is their resistance to oils and grease. In industries such as automotive, manufacturing, and food processing, workers are frequently exposed to substances that can cause skin irritation or damage. PVC gloves provide an effective protective layer against these substances, allowing workers to handle machinery, automotive parts, and food products without worrying about direct contact with harmful oils and greases.

This oil and grease resistance also ensures that the gloves retain their integrity for longer, preventing degradation and extending their usability. Whether you're cleaning machinery, working with lubricants, or preparing food, PVC gloves are up to the task.

2. Interlock Lining for Easy On/Off

The interlock lining in PVC gloves makes them easier to put on and take off, even after long periods of use. The smooth lining reduces friction, allowing for quick and easy removal without causing any discomfort. This feature is particularly useful in workplaces where workers need to remove gloves quickly when switching tasks or handling equipment that requires a higher level of dexterity.

Additionally, the interlock lining ensures that the gloves maintain their shape and structure, even after extended wear, minimising the risk of tearing or discomfort from stretched material.

3. Comfort and Flexibility

While durability and protection are essential, comfort is also a critical factor when choosing gloves for daily use. PVC gloves are designed to be flexible, allowing workers to handle materials with precision and ease. The gloves are designed to fit snugly without being too tight, providing the wearer with a balance of protection and dexterity.

The "One Size Fits All" design ensures that the gloves can be worn by a range of people, which is specifically helpful in environments where employees have different hand sizes. Whether you need gloves for delicate tasks or heavy-duty work, PVC gloves provide the right level of comfort to keep workers focused on the task at hand.
