Bishamon’s automatic work positioners are essentially a modern way to be able to manually load and unload pallets without the use of mechanical springs, motors or hydraulics. They have no mechanical springs, and use captive air to pressurize then it. A bleed valve is also provided for the capacity adjustments. They are designed to improve efficiency and reduce injury by bringing the level and location closer to the person doing the work. They are designed to improve the ease and ergonomics of pallet loading and unloading, and essentially improve productivity and worker efficiency by eliminating unproductive and unnecessary lifting, bending, stretching and walking while loading or unloading pallets. These products are supplied with a rotator ring brake and bellows skirting to suit them both. The rotator ring with integral finger is intended to eliminate reaching and stretching, again proving a safe and ergonomic product. So, when the pallet positioners are in use, this feature helps to hold it in safe position and stop it from moving whilst unloading and loading items from the unit. This product also features bellows skirting to suit, which are great for protecting the pallet positioner, and protecting workers too from getting injured when working near by it.

These Bishamon pallet positioners also can handle a wide range of weight capacities from 110 kilos to 1800 kilos. This means that you are able to load stacks of bins, boxes, pallets or crates full of product and easily balance it on the pallet positioners. The pallet positioner features a three position EZ Adjustment knob which is designed to allow simple adjustment of the collapsed capacity without changing air pressure. It also features a secured ball bearing center pivot of the 43” diameter rotator ring provides smooth, even rotation. The self-contained pneumatic system offers unsurpassed performance, the EZ-Adjust knob for capacity adjustment, the brake preventing the rotator ring from turning or moving, making this an overall efficient and practical product.
The EZ Loader is fork liftable without the need of an additional option. It doesn’t feature fork pockets on the side so that it is removing a potential tripping hazard. The raised height places the load at a convenient height for maximum loading comfort, safety and efficiency as well. The location of the air valves and pressure gauge at the end of the unit provides protection and easy accessibility. This unit is self-contained and does not require a constant air supply. When you order the EZ loader, you will receive it fully assembled for easy of set up etc. For use, the load is simply applied and the pallet level is adjusted in order to maintain a convenient working height at all times. It also allows for a convenient forklift removal when not in use. The safety maintenance bars are fitted as standard for safe servicing and extra stability, and so that it wont move and be easily locked in place while being used.
