The filter bag, which can handle up to 80 truck washouts before replacement, is suspended from the frame for easy removal using a crane or forklift. This facilitates straightforward maintenance and operation.

With a sump capacity of 0.3 cubic meters and a bag capacity of 0.6 cubic meters, the unit supports efficient wastewater processing. It includes a 50mm valve and is equipped with fork guides and crane lugs for easy relocation around the site. The unit's enamel paint finish ensures durability and resistance to environmental factors. These particles can be as fine as 80 microns. The Filtration Unit utilises a purpose-constructed filtration bag, made from a 300gsm, 900mm cube non-woven geotextile fabric inner layer, which is protected by a bulk bag external. This design efficiently separates the unwanted particles from the concrete slurry. Excess water passes through the filter bag and is captured in a holding tank below, where it can be easily tested and treated without the need for expensive off-site processing.
